Find things that bring you joy, peace and calm your mind. Start building habits that are good for you and that bring you one step closer to the person you want to become. If you find it hard to stick to them, know actually starting is the hardest part. Start small. It can be as small as drinking more water everyday, reading more, drawing or being more active. Try doing it everyday until it becomes part of your life and then move on to another one. Small changes can have a greater impact than you would think.
